Vice City has once again been thrown into elaborate speculation after a pigeon was spotted marching across a lamppost with what looked like a folded blueprint, a grape, and the confidence of a minor civil servant.
Within minutes, forum scholars declared the paper shape to be 'obviously a safehouse plan', despite the bird also being seen attempting to eat a chip.
The supposed design featured a roof terrace, a warning sign about noise, and a dedicated biscuit shelf, which led one witness to conclude the new location would be 'very mid-level criminal but excellent for tea'.
No one involved has confirmed anything, and frankly the pigeon appeared more interested in pecking the corner than revealing the next great urban mystery.
Still, theories have flourished, including one in which the safehouse doubles as a weather station, a laundrette, and a place to dramatically stare at the sea while holding a plastic fork.
