‘Leaked’ Clip Shows A Soggy Briefcase In Trainers Apparently Training To Be Vice City’s Wind Advisor

The internet has once again discovered a clip that definitely should not be trusted, and yet insists on trusting it immediately.

In the footage, a soggy briefcase wearing trainers is seen wobbling into the frame beside a palm tree, then pausing as if to judge the breeze with great professional seriousness.

Observers are split between ‘weather system’, ‘future side character’ and ‘extremely committed suitcase’.

At one point, the briefcase appears to point a tiny umbrella at the horizon, which some fans have already interpreted as a sign it will soon take control of Vice City’s crosswinds.

Naturally, no one knows what any of this means. But that has not stopped people from zooming in 400 times and naming the briefcase ‘Sir Draft-a-lot’.
