Rumour merchants are in a state of mild collapse after a new clip allegedly showed a shopping trolley wearing a trench coat and staring meaningfully at the skyline.
Onlookers said the trolley rolled up to a fountain, paused for dramatic effect, and then appeared to nod at a clipboard as though preparing to lead a full civic campaign.
The footage, naturally, has been interpreted as a bold sign that Vice City is about to be run by something with four wheels, two wonky opinions, and a budget-conscious attitude to bins.
One expert of absolutely no official standing claimed the trolley’s posture suggested ‘mayoral energy’, while another said the trench coat was a clear indication of ‘administrative intent’.
