Witnesses say the seagull appeared to tap one foot, which experts immediately interpreted as either impatience, rhythm, or an aggressive sense of entitlement.
The hotdog stand, for its part, seemed calm enough, although some locals insisted it had ‘the look of a unit facing tough negotiations’.
