A fresh bit of made-up internet nonsense claims a pelican in a reflective vest has been seen standing by a Vice City roundabout, staring at cars like it owns the place.
According to the clearly unreliable clip, the bird spends several minutes pecking at a clipboard, then waddles into the middle of the road as if conducting a formal inspection of the entire transport system.
Onlookers in the imaginary footage say the pelican appears to issue stern nods, one disapproving glare, and what may or may not have been a demand for better lane discipline.
Naturally, no one knows what this means, because it means nothing. Still, fans have already decided the pelican is either a side character, a mission-giver, or a warning from the gods of parking.
The whole affair has all the hallmarks of a classic internet ‘leak’: blurry camera work, dramatic zooms, and a level of certainty that collapses instantly upon being looked at closely.
