A brand-new ‘leak’ has allegedly emerged from the internet, featuring a flamingo in a waistcoat staring at a laminated map with the stern expression of a council planning officer who has just been told about a festival.
In the clip, the bird is said to point at three crossroads, one bridge and a suspiciously glamorous roundabout before giving what observers described as “strong thoughts” on traffic flow and lunch.
The rumour site’s usual experts, who are mostly a bloke near a vending machine, believe the flamingo is actually a prototype for a new Vice City civic system: one where all road closures are announced by animals with excellent posture.
Fans have already begun arguing over whether the waistcoat is beige, cream or “legally a shade of resignation.” One forum post claimed the map contains “hidden symbolism,” though another replied it was simply a map.
As ever, nobody is confirming anything, but the footage has caused the kind of excitement normally reserved for a free biscuit in an office kitchen.
