A grainy clip doing the rounds online appears to show a dustbin in suspenders gazing out over Vice City Harbour like it owns the place, which has naturally caused several thousand people to cry, “new gameplay!”.
In the footage, the bin can be observed standing beside a clipboard, wearing what experts are politely calling “confidence”. It then nudges a bollard as if to say the port authority must now answer to a higher, slightly rattly power.
Fans have already begun over-analysing the scene, with some claiming the dustbin’s shiny lid proves it is “important”, while others insist the suspenders are a clue about ferry routes, dockside taxes, or a secret mission involving crisps.
Our own department of nonsense believes the clip is probably just a prop, a prank, or a bin with ambition. Still, the pose is undeniably managerial, and the harbour has looked nervous ever since.
