The internet has once again done what it does best: looked at a blurry object and declared it destiny.
In the clip, a coconut wearing a raincoat is seen beside a crater-sized pothole, apparently judging it with the sternness of a headteacher and the texture of a chip shop wall.
Sources close to absolutely nobody say the coconut is ‘taking the role very seriously’, which is more than can be said for the road.
The footage ends with the coconut being placed into a traffic cone like a tiny, woody mayor, which has led fans to conclude Vice City is entering its ‘hard-hitting infrastructure era’.
Experts urge caution, pointing out that the object may simply be a coconut.
