An allegedly very secret video has emerged showing a ceiling fan in a tie spinning solemnly beside a row of umbrellas and one suspiciously proud glove.
Witnesses claim the fan appeared to be “considering paperwork” before drifting sideways into a decorative fern, which sources describe as a clear sign of administrative intent.
The clip, if it is a clip and not simply a disorganised breeze with a phone attached, has already inspired wild debate about whether Vice City is ready for such a rotating statesman.
One expert said the outfit suggested “serious lost property energy”, while another noted that the fan’s body language was “all circulation, no nonsense”.
At press time, the fan had reportedly declined to comment, though it did give the impression of remembering everyone’s coat from last Tuesday.
