A team of self-appointed analysts has spent the week studying sun loungers, only to conclude that they are 'too placed' and therefore probably meaningful in some way.
Their evidence includes matching angles, suspiciously neat towels, and one chair that allegedly faced a hot dog stand with what they called 'cinematic intent'.
The group believes this may point to a future mission chain involving beach politics, an argument over sunscreen, and possibly a dramatic chase on a pedal boat.
Sceptics have noted that the loungers are simply arranged to face the ocean, which is a fairly common hobby among chairs.
Nevertheless, the analysts remain convinced. 'Nothing in Vice City sits still without a reason,' said one, before being asked to stop measuring deck chairs with a spaghetti ruler.
