A remarkably self-important golf cart has been seen drifting around the coastal roads with the sort of confidence usually reserved for men who call everyone “mate” and then immediately invoice them.
Witnesses claim the cart has been circling beachside car parks, pausing for no reason at all, and glaring at nearby cones as if they are competition.
One analyst, wearing sunglasses indoors for legal reasons, said this is “clearly not just transport, but a narrative device with wheels.”
The cart was also observed carrying a folded beach umbrella, two soft drinks, and what appeared to be a map marked with three questionably smug circles.
Locals have interpreted this as evidence of an elaborate Vice City thread involving leisure, logistics and a level of planning no one fully trusts.
Experts remain split on whether the cart is a clue, a joke, or simply enjoying itself far too much for something with such tiny tyres.
