Following the release of a deeply suspicious still image, analysts have concluded that a golf cart DJ in patent shoes is “clearly” destined to transform Vice City’s night market into a glittery administrative event.
The reasoning is apparently sound: the cart has a sticker, the shoes are shiny, and the DJ seems to be pointing at a crate as if it owes money.
From this, commentators have inferred everything from a new mini-game to a full citywide programme of tasteful loudness.
In fairness, the market does look more organised in the frame, but so does a sandwich when photographed from above. Either way, the shoes are doing a lot of work.
